We have a rosebush in our sideyard that just won’t quit.
It cranks out blossoms such as this one, nose high to my friend Dave, when he comes over to brew with me.
That little green burst behind it is from our Norfolk pine; I’d never seen Norfolk pine until I got to California, and I like the symmetry of their needles and branches.
Headed up to our deck, the geranium is encroaching on the steps.
I love this time of year. The days getting longer. Able to walk the dogs in dawn light in the morning before I commute in to work.
Our little cacti on the deck like it, too. Every spring they come into bloom.
